Separate pathways for vulnerable communities and youth — building skills, confidence and opportunities through coffee.
Building skills, confidence and pathways through hospitality education
Our coffee training for vulnerable communities provides hands-on barista and café skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. Starting 5 May 2026, we help participants build practical skills, confidence and employment pathways — no prior experience required.
We welcome enquiries from NDIS providers, support coordinators and plan managers. Contact us to discuss tailored coffee training for participants in your care.
Hands-on coffee training for young people aged 18–25
Our Youth Coffee Training Program supports young people interested in hospitality and café culture. Through practical training including latte art and customer service, participants gain real café experience in a welcoming environment.
“We believe coffee can be more than a drink — it can be a pathway to confidence, connection, and new opportunities.”
