Separate pathways for vulnerable communities and youth — building skills, confidence and opportunities through coffee.
Building skills, confidence and pathways through hospitality education
Our coffee training for vulnerable communities provides hands-on barista and café skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. We help participants who may experience disadvantage or barriers to employment build practical skills, confidence and pathways toward volunteering, training or employment — no prior experience required.
We welcome enquiries from NDIS providers, support coordinators and plan managers. Contact us to discuss whether coffee training may suit a participant’s hospitality or community participation goals.
Hands-on hospitality training for young people aged 18–25 facing barriers to employment
This program supports unemployed and underemployed young people through practical barista training, workplace readiness, mentoring and confidence building. Participants gain supervised hospitality experience in a welcoming environment aligned with our charitable purpose.
“We believe coffee can be more than a drink — it can be a pathway to confidence, connection, and new opportunities.”
